Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the pineapple chunks and sauce over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional pineapple if desired.
