Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, and ginger.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the pineapple chunks and sauce over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional pineapple if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the level of sriracha to control the spiciness.
- Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
