- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger.
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet and brush the mixture over the salmon.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before flaking it with a fork.
- To assemble, place a few pieces of flaked salmon in a lettuce leaf.
- Add avocado slices, green onions, and cilantro on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For a milder version, reduce the amount of sriracha.
