  • 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet and brush the mixture over the salmon.
  4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before flaking it with a fork.
  6. To assemble, place a few pieces of flaked salmon in a lettuce leaf.
