- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, then grill or sear it to your desired doneness.
- While the steak is cooking, heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan and add the corn. Sauté until the corn is slightly charred.
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to create the cilantro cream sauce.
