Ingredients

- 1 lb steak
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves.
- Add the sliced steak and sautéed mushrooms to the salad.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
