- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat the BBQ sauce over medium heat. Add the cooked meatballs and stir to coat.
- Slice the sub rolls and place them on a serving platter.
- Fill each sub roll with BBQ meatballs and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Return the subs to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- Feel free to use turkey or chicken instead of beef for a lighter option.
- Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to your taste preference.
