Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced strawberries and apples.
  3. Add sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cornstarch to the fruit mixture and stir well.
  4. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and fill it with the fruit mixture.
  5. Cover the pie with another layer of pie crust or create a lattice top.
  6. Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
