A delightful dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the fruity freshness of strawberries and a crunchy topping.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup strawberry crunch topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, then add the strawberry puree and top with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping on top of the cheesecake.
Notes
- For a stronger strawberry flavor, add more strawberry puree.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
