Description

A delightful dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the fruity freshness of strawberries and a crunchy topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup strawberry crunch topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, then add the strawberry puree and top with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping on top of the cheesecake.

Notes

  • For a stronger strawberry flavor, add more strawberry puree.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
