Ingredients

- 1 lb crab meat
- 1 cup tempura batter mix
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, green onions, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the tempura batter mix with cold water until smooth.
- Fold the crab mixture into the tempura batter until well combined.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Using a spoon, drop small balls of the crab mixture into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.

- Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve a crispy texture.
- Can be served with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
