- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup snap peas
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Marinate the salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, steam the broccoli, carrots, and snap peas until tender.
- In a bowl, layer the cooked rice, steamed vegetables, and top with the baked salmon.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some sriracha to the teriyaki sauce.
- Feel free to substitute the vegetables with your favorites.
