- Chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the coconut milk over medium heat.

- Pour in the vegetable broth, soy sauce, and lime juice, and bring to a simmer.
