- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the pecan halves to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.

- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for added flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
