A delicious and hearty sandwich featuring turkey and cranberry sauce, perfect for lunch or a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 4 ounces of sliced turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce
- 1 slice of Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and Swiss cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Butter the outside of the sandwich.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
- For a healthier option, use low-fat mayonnaise.
- Feel free to add spinach or arugula for extra greens.
- This sandwich can be made with leftover turkey from Thanksgiving.
