Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts (chopped)
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (chopped)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, chopped nuts, dried fruits, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Feel free to customize with your favorite nuts and dried fruits.
- For added sweetness, you can add a few chocolate chips.
