Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, chopped nuts, dried fruits, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
