- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Velveeta cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken and cooked rotini to the skillet; mix well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
