- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix
- 2/3 cup pizza sauce
- 3.5 ounces grated cheese (Gouda, Edam, or mozzarella)
- 2 ounces pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Blend the mixture: In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and Italian herb mix. Blend until smooth.
- Prepare your baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the blended mix onto the sheet and use a spatula to spread it into a thin, even circle.
- Bake it: Place the baking sheet in the oven and let it bake for 30 minutes, or until the crust turns golden brown.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
- Top it off: Spread your favorite pizza sauce over the crispy crust, sprinkle on the grated cheese, then arrange the pepperoni slices on top.
- Final bake: Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the cheese melts beautifully.
