  • 2/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 3.5 ounces grated cheese (Gouda, Edam, or mozzarella)
  • 2 ounces pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Blend the mixture: In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and Italian herb mix. Blend until smooth.
  3. Prepare your baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the blended mix onto the sheet and use a spatula to spread it into a thin, even circle.
  4. Bake it: Place the baking sheet in the oven and let it bake for 30 minutes, or until the crust turns golden brown.
  5. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Top it off: Spread your favorite pizza sauce over the crispy crust, sprinkle on the grated cheese, then arrange the pepperoni slices on top.
