A refreshing and delicious watermelon sorbet perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups of watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon, sugar, lime juice, and water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
- Stir the mixture every 30 minutes to break up any ice crystals.
- Once fully frozen, scoop and serve the sorbet in bowls.
Notes
- For a sweeter sorbet, adjust the sugar to taste.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves for added flavor.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
