  • 1 (8 oz) bag Reese’s Minis Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz) package Plymouth Pantry Almond Bark (Chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until a thick dough forms.
  3. Add chopped Reese’s Minis and fold into the Oreo-cream cheese mixture.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Freeze the truffles for about 15 minutes to firm up.
  6. Melt the almond bark and dip each truffle until generously coated.
  7. Let the dipped truffles rest on wax paper until the chocolate hardens.
