- 1 (8 oz) bag Reese’s Minis Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- 1 (16 oz) package Plymouth Pantry Almond Bark (Chocolate)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until a thick dough forms.
- Add chopped Reese’s Minis and fold into the Oreo-cream cheese mixture.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the truffles for about 15 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the almond bark and dip each truffle until generously coated.
- Let the dipped truffles rest on wax paper until the chocolate hardens.
