(CCPA)

Effective Date: April 27, 2025

If you are a California resident, you are entitled to certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This section explains those rights and how you can exercise them.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers (such as your name and email address)

  • Internet activity (such as your interaction with our website)

  • Geolocation data (based on your IP address)

We collect this information directly from you (for example, when you subscribe to our newsletter) and automatically through cookies.

2. Your Rights Under the CCPA

As a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Request to Know: You can request information about the personal data we have collected about you, including the categories and specific pieces of information.

  • Request to Delete: You can request that we delete any personal information we have collected from you (subject to certain exceptions).

  • Right to Non-Discrimination: You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your CCPA rights.

3. How to Exercise Your Rights

To make a request under the CCPA, please contact us at:

📧 [email protected]

Please include “CCPA Request” in the subject line and provide enough information for us to verify your identity (such as your email address and any relevant details related to your interactions with our site).

We may require you to verify your identity before processing your request.

4. Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Authorized Agents

You may authorize someone else to make a CCPA request on your behalf. If you do, we will require proof that you have given that person your written permission.

✅ Notes:

  • You can either add this to your Privacy Policy or have a separate link in your footer called “Your California Privacy Rights.”

  • Even if you don’t sell data, CCPA requires you to say so explicitly (which we did: “We do not sell your personal information”).
