3. Counter-Notification

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

  • Your electronic or physical signature.

We will respond to valid DMCA notices and may remove the allegedly infringing content. Repeat infringers may have their access to the Website terminated.
