Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
Instructions
- Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.
- Shape the turkey mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
- Place the meatballs in the skillet and cook undisturbed for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown on one side.
- Turn the meatballs to brown the other side for a few additional minutes.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the browned meatballs and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish.
