Description

Savory and moist turkey meatballs infused with aromatic spices and a sweet teriyaki glaze, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.
  3. Shape the turkey mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Place the meatballs in the skillet and cook undisturbed for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown on one side.
  5. Turn the meatballs to brown the other side for a few additional minutes.
  6. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the browned meatballs and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish.
