- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced

- Butter for spreading

Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until lightly golden.
- Mash the ripe avocado in a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mashed avocado on one slice of toasted bread.
- Layer the sliced chicken breast on top of the avocado.
- Add a generous amount of shredded cheese over the chicken.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
