Ingredients

  • 6 Slices of Bacon
  • 1 Packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 Cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Begin by heating a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. While the pan warms, season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken into the skillet, cooking for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. Once browned, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  5. In the same skillet, introduce the bacon and cook until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  6. Next, stir in the ranch seasoning and ranch dressing into the bacon fat to create a sauce.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over it.
  8. Generously sprinkle the crumbled bacon and cheese over the chicken.
  9. Cover the skillet and let it cook for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
