Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of baked beans
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the bacon and set it aside, leaving the fat in the skillet.
  4. Sauté the diced onion in the skillet until soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine the baked beans, cooked beef, crispy bacon, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a large baking dish.
  7. Mix everything well using a wooden spoon to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Prepare the mixture in advance and refrigerate. This dish can also be made in an air fryer for a quicker option.
