- 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) Jell-O Caramel Instant Pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 bag (8 oz) Heath Milk Chocolate English Toffee Baking Bits
- 1 jar (12 oz) Smucker’s Caramel Topping
Instructions
- Combine the Jell-O Caramel Pudding with cold milk in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until thickened.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until light and fluffy.
- Layer a single layer of Honey Maid Graham Crackers in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- Spread half of the caramel mousse over the crackers and sprinkle with Heath Toffee Bits and caramel topping.
- Repeat the layering process with another round of graham crackers, mousse, toffee, and caramel.
- Add a final layer of graham crackers, topped with remaining Cool Whip, toffee bits, and caramel.
- Chill overnight covered with plastic wrap for the flavors to meld.

For best flavor, make the cake a day in advance. Use fresh graham crackers for the best texture.
