- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Coat the chicken tenders in the brown sugar mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken tenders for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour any remaining sauce over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
