Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless, at least 1 inch thick)
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil in a small bowl to create a delicious glaze.
  2. Season your pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Brush the glaze on both sides of the pork chops.
  5. Place the pork chops on the preheated grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Notes

Make the glaze a day in advance for deeper flavor; ensure the grill is preheated for best results.
