Description

A nostalgic treat combining crunchy Rice Krispies and creamy Butterfinger candy bars for a delightful sweet experience.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add the Rice Krispies cereal and chopped Butterfinger bars, mixing well to coat.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  6. Allow to cool, then cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

Can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container for up to a week. Optional: bake for a crispy edge or air fry for a twist.
