Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium mixing bowl until moist.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your baking dish to form a crust.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Fold in butterscotch chips and vanilla extract until well-combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
