  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium mixing bowl until moist.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your baking dish to form a crust.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
  5. Fold in butterscotch chips and vanilla extract until well-combined.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  8. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the edges are set.
  9. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
