- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the sesame oil and let it heat until shimmering.
- Add the ground beef, spreading it evenly. Cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes. Then stir occasionally until fully cooked, around 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Introduce the sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage, bell peppers, and carrots. Sauté, tossing frequently for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to coat evenly. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Allow everything to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
