- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the shrimp.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, Alfredo sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, and green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning to taste.
