Description

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the shrimp.
  4. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, Alfredo sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, and green onions.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
