- 1 box Quaker Cap’n Crunch’s Oops! All Berries Cereal (3 cups for the mixture, reserve 1/2 cup for garnish)
- 1 block (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup Domino Powdered Sugar
- 1 package (16 oz) Plymouth Pantry Almond Bark Vanilla Baking Coating
Instructions
- Prepare the Cereal: Place 3 cups of Quaker Cap’n Crunch’s Oops! All Berries Cereal into a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of the whole cereal berries for garnish.
- Make the Cheesecake Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine cereal crumbs, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Stir until the mixture becomes a thick dough.
- Shape the Dough: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 20 minutes.
- Melt the Almond Bark: Melt the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals until smooth.
- Dip and Decorate: Dip each truffle in the melted almond bark and top with a whole cereal berry before the coating sets.
Notes
Feel free to customize with vanilla extract or mini chocolate chips. Ensure cream cheese is softened for smooth mixing.
