A comforting casserole featuring layers of tender potatoes, savory ground beef, creamy mushroom soup, and gooey cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners and potlucks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • Optional: garlic powder and paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
