Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped onions (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, draining excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water, stirring and simmering for about 5 minutes.
- Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Layer the seasoned beef in a casserole dish, spreading the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and optional vegetables.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
