Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large box (12.4 oz) Cheez-It Original Baked Snack Crackers
  • 1 block (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 package (16 oz) Plymouth Pantry Almond Bark Chocolate Baking Coating

Instructions

  1. Crush the Cheez-Its: Pour the entire box into a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs.
  2. Create the dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine cheese cracker crumbs, cream cheese, and peanut butter, blending until smooth.
  3. Shape the truffles: Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second increments until smooth.
  5. Dip and garnish: Dip frozen truffles in chocolate and sprinkle with reserved crushed Cheez-Its before chocolate sets.
