Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin.
  2. Mix the sourdough starter, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, folding gently.
  5. Add the chocolate chips and incorporate them into the batter.
