Ingredients

  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 4 Oz Smoked Salmon
  • 4 Tbsp Cream Cheese or Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh Dill or Chives for Garnish
  • Fresh Vegetables like Cucumber or Tomatoes (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and egg until well combined.
  3. Shape the dough into four bagels, making holes in the center.
  4. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and place bagels on it.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cool briefly, then top with cream cheese and smoked salmon.
  7. Garnish with dill or chives before serving.

Notes

Make the dough a day in advance for convenience. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
