Ingredients

  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread a generous amount of the crab and artichoke mixture on each bun.
  6. Top with the other half of the buns.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the sliders are heated through and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes
