Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Cut in the cold cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the dried cranberries and orange zest.
- Whisk together the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and egg in a separate bowl.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead it into a circle about 1 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into wedges and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
