Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about a cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.
  3. Create the sauce by slowly pouring in the heavy cream, stirring until it simmers. Gradually add the grated parmesan and stir until melted.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Combine drained spaghetti with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve alongside crusty bread and a salad.

Notes
