Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package of egg noodles
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Organize your Crockpot: Place the chicken breasts right at the bottom of your Crockpot.
  2. Pour in the broth and soup over the chicken.
  3. Season it up with salt, pepper, and optional garlic and onion powder.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Prepare the egg noodles according to package instructions about 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Shred the chicken in the Crockpot and stir in the cooked noodles and frozen peas and carrots.
  7. Heat through for an additional 10-15 minutes until heated.
  8. Serve and enjoy your creamy, flavorful dish.

Notes
