- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package of egg noodles
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic powder (optional)
- Onion powder (optional)
Instructions
- Organize your Crockpot: Place the chicken breasts right at the bottom of your Crockpot.
- Pour in the broth and soup over the chicken.
- Season it up with salt, pepper, and optional garlic and onion powder.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Prepare the egg noodles according to package instructions about 30 minutes before serving.
- Shred the chicken in the Crockpot and stir in the cooked noodles and frozen peas and carrots.
- Heat through for an additional 10-15 minutes until heated.
- Serve and enjoy your creamy, flavorful dish.
Notes
