Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease your pie dish with butter.
- Combine the blueberries, sugar, flour, and salt in a mixing bowl. Toss gently to coat the blueberries evenly.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture over the blueberry combination, using your spatula to gently fold everything together.
- Transfer the entire mixture into the prepared pie dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the pie is set and the top begins to turn a light golden brown.
