Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken on the grill or arrange in a baking dish.
- Brush BBQ sauce generously over each piece of chicken.
- Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or bake for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through (internal temp of 165°F).
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with parsley if desired.
