Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the cucumber slices on half of the bread slices.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down.
- Cut the sandwiches into quarters and serve immediately.
