- 1 sleeve Honey Maid Graham Crackers
- 1 cup (2 sticks) Land O’Lakes Butter
- 1 cup Domino Light Brown Sugar, packed
- 1 cup Diamond Chopped Pecans
- 1 cup Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Arrange the graham crackers in a single layer, touching each other.
- Combine Land O’Lakes butter and Domino brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Allow it to come to a gentle boil for exactly 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour the hot caramel over the arranged crackers, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans generously over the caramel.
- Bake in the oven for 8 minutes, until it bubbles.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the Toll House chocolate chips on top. Let them sit for a minute to melt, then spread the chocolate.
- Cool completely, then break into jagged pieces and indulge!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can freeze for a couple of months.
