Ingredients

- 1 pound ground meat (beef, pork, chicken, or turkey)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Your choice of sauce (marinara or BBQ)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix gently until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and arrange them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
