Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent dough
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 slices of ham, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of hollandaise sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until blended.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a heated skillet over medium-low heat until fluffy.
  4. Prepare the crescent dough by cutting it into rectangles.
  5. Fill each rectangle with scrambled eggs and chopped ham.
  6. Roll the dough around the filling and seal the edges.
  7. Bake on a lined baking sheet until golden brown.
  8. Serve with hollandaise sauce drizzled on top.

Notes
