Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in a large skillet with melted butter over medium heat until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Brown the ground beef in the skillet, breaking it apart, until cooked through and browned.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta with the beef and garlic mixture, stirring in grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley, serve, and enjoy!
