- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the minced garlic in a large skillet with melted butter over medium heat until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Brown the ground beef in the skillet, breaking it apart, until cooked through and browned.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the beef and garlic mixture, stirring in grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, serve, and enjoy!
