Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Cheddar preferred)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and milk in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the diced ham and half of the cheese, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the frozen tater tots evenly in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  5. Pour the ham mixture over the tater tots.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For a make-ahead option, assemble the dish a night before and refrigerate. You can also use an air fryer for a crunchier texture.
