Description

Delicious grilled beef tacos wrapped in warm tortillas, topped with fresh pico de gallo and zesty salsa.


Ingredients

  • Marinated Steak (Flank or Skirt Steak)
  • Corn or Flour Tortillas
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Salsa
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Lime Wedges
  • Onions (Optional)
  • Avocado (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high.
  2. Grill the marinated steak for 5–7 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  3. Rest the steak for 5 minutes.
  4. Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
  5. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble your tacos with sliced steak in each tortilla.
  7. Top with pico de gallo, salsa, cilantro, onions, and avocado if using.
  8. Serve with lime wedges on the side.

Notes

You can marinate the steak a day in advance for deeper flavor. Cooking alternatives include using a broiler or cast-iron skillet.
