Ingredients
- Marinated Steak (Flank or Skirt Steak)
- Corn or Flour Tortillas
- Pico de Gallo
- Salsa
- Fresh Cilantro
- Lime Wedges
- Onions (Optional)
- Avocado (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high.
- Grill the marinated steak for 5–7 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
- Rest the steak for 5 minutes.
- Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
- Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble your tacos with sliced steak in each tortilla.
- Top with pico de gallo, salsa, cilantro, onions, and avocado if using.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
You can marinate the steak a day in advance for deeper flavor. Cooking alternatives include using a broiler or cast-iron skillet.
