Description
A delicious and refreshing dish featuring grilled honey lime chicken served over a bed of pineapple avocado rice.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in honey and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, combine cooked rice, diced pineapple, avocado, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the grilled chicken and layer it over the pineapple avocado rice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some chili flakes to the marinade.
- This dish can be served warm or cold.
