Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in honey and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
